This team optimises and evolves talent acquisition and employee experience practices to attract, engage and retain exceptional people so that JUMO can achieve its massive transformative purpose in a competitive global market.
Business partnering
They focus on building effective teams with the capabilities required to deliver JUMO’s strategy. They drive talent management and succession planning and create a dynamic and inspiring way of working where people can perform at their best.
Learning and development
They give teams and individuals opportunities to grow. Their goal is to set people up for success by supporting their personal and professional development with access to information, mentoring and coaching.
Diversity and inclusion
Diversity strengthens JUMO. The team strives to create an equitable and inclusive workplace by promoting equal opportunities and fair treatment. This includes recruitment, compensation and progression. The focus is on cultivating a global, cross-cultural mindset, especially for women in tech.
Environmental, social and governance
This function creates awareness around ESG practices and embeds them across JUMO. Monitoring, reporting and improving on key metrics, including environmental impact is important. So is employee wellbeing, ethical and transparent governance and JUMO’s corporate social responsibility programmes.
