Strategic partnerships

The team responsible for creating, developing and supporting high value strategic partnerships with JUMO’s capital and distribution partners across all territories.


They take responsibility for commercial operations and strategy in all of JUMO’s geographical markets.


The customer intelligence function develops deep insights across various markets and segments, while supporting new market development, product development, product improvement and customer experience analytics.  This improves both partner and customer value propositions.

In-market operations

These teams are responsible for the local success of JUMO’s in-market operational activities. They manage and grow their territories in line with JUMO’s business model, by deploying the technology stack that connects entrepreneurs and consumers to the platform.
