What I do at JUMO

I manage the full finance function for JUMO which includes financial management, treasury, financial planning and analysis, assurance functions such as credit and internal auditing, and corporate finance. 

My responsibilities cover day-to-day operations as well as medium term planning and assisting the CEO with longer term strategic planning. I attend board, accounts receivable conversion management and internal finance governance related meetings.

What I look for in my team

Skilled individuals with a track record of delivery who are able to apply their career experience to our way of working. We look for team players who are willing to pass the ball and step in when required.

A problem solving mindset is essential, so we can work together without big egos to get to the best outcomes. Adaptability, resilience to change and willingness to take on new challenges are important.

What I am building and solving

We are building efficiency and automation into the finance function to allow us to scale efficiently with the business. Reporting centralisation across various internal and external stakeholder groupings is all part of preparing the finance and assurance teams for our next stage of growth. We’re focused on business partnering with finance leading the way on driving financial analysis and planning.
