I lead Growth & New Markets at JUMO. This is the commercial and distribution engine for JUMO technology. I’m building an exceptional team to give partners and customers access to our technology and products so we can deliver access to critical financial tools and build more inclusive economies across emerging markets.
What I look for in my team
People who are tenacious, thrive on feedback, exhibit learning agility, are comfortable navigating complexity. It’s also really important to me that team members are kind and operate with an abundance mentality – both of which are critical ingredients for a collaborative culture. The work we do requires trusting each other and pulling in the same direction.
What I am building and solving
We’re working with our bank and mobile money operator partners to plant new flags. Watch this space as we add 3 -4 new markets in the next year! While market expansion is high on our agenda we also putting a lot of elbow grease into new product launches in our existing high-growth ecosystems. This is particularly exciting as it will build on our unparalleled leadership position in customer eligibility and see us play a significant role in rebuilding small businesses across Africa post-COVID.
